YEG Marriott Fairfield is a 5-Storey, reinforced concrete, 135-unit hotel complete with a main floor kitchen, restaurant, bar, pool, and gym/leisure area. The building had 3 fully accessible suites along with an accessibility friendly main floor common area including 2 accessible washrooms. The project is located on Airport Perimeter Road adjacent to the Edmonton International Airport.

Southtown Hyundai & Genesis South Edmonton

New construction of a dual branded Hyundai and Genesis dealership. The project contains two seperately branded showrooms, main floor and 2nd floor office space, two service drive thrus, and a full service shop complete with a parts department. Located on the corner of 34th avenue and Gateway Boulevard this eye catching dealership is not one to miss.

Heritage Valley Mercedes Benz

The Heritage Valley Mercedez Benz project totals almost 80,000 Square feet including a full underground parkade, AMG showcase area, showroom, main and 2nd floor office space, service shop complete with car wash and service drive thru.

Porsche Center Edmonton

OML completed a state of the art, 39,500 Square foot dealership serving as the only stand alone Porsche dealership in Edmonton. Located in West Edmonton, this project consisted of a showroom, full service shop, exterior canopy area, main and 2nd floor office space, full site development including offsite access development off the service road. OML also completed a 19,300 square foot facility on this property to house the dealerships pre-owned vehicle supply.

Bannister Grande Prairie Honda

Construction of the brand new GP Honda dealership in Grande Prairie for the Bannister Auto Group. This building, located just off the highway, includes a showroom, office space, and a full service shop that serves all of the Grande Prairie and the surrounding areas along with offering additional service space for the adjacent Honda Motorsports building.

Lethbridge Kia Image Upgrade

Renovation of the Lethbridge Kia dealership to update the image to comply with Kia's newest image program. This project included envelop remediation demolition of the existing new vehicle delivery and replacement with a showroom addition. The 10,200 Sqft dealership received full electrical upgrades, and finish upgrades on both the main floor and upper level.

Bannister Grande Prairie Kia Image Upgrade

Full interior and exterior reimage of the existing 6,670 sqft Grande Prairie Kia dealership. This project was completed as construction management for the Bannister Auto Group adding to the numerous successful projects delivered by OML for the Bannister GP team!

Norden Volkswagen

Situated on the north side of Edmonton off of St Albert Trail, the Norden Volkswagen dealership is around 37,000 square feet of premier auto retail space. The project consists of showroom, service shop, dealership support offices, and site development.

Heritage Valley Town Center CRU 2,3,4a,4b,17 & 18

OML completed 6 buildings totalling 40,000 square feet of leasable commercial retail space and assoicated siteworks in the Heritage Valley Town Center proving storefronts for numerous national and local brands.

Shops of Granville Phase C

The Shops of Granville Phase C consisted of the new construction of a 4 bay, 9,100 square foot retail building and over 60,000 square feet of associated site development and parking lot construction.

West Granville CRUs 2,5, & 6

OML completed 3 buildings in the West Grandville retail center. The 3 buildings total nearly 46,000 square feet in retail space and include mutliple bays along with a big box space currently leased by Goodlife fitness.

Shops of Granville Phase B

Construction of phase B at the Shops of Granville. Development included medical and retail space totalling 8,900 square feet accross the two buildings. OML also completed the parking and sitework associated with this phase.

Park West Crossing Buildings 3 & 4

OML completed the construction of building 3 and building 4 totalling 7,565 square feet in the Park West Crossing development located in Stony Plain Alberta.

Southpointe CRUs

Construction of one 13,000 square foot CRU and one 14,300 square foot CRU in the Southpointe commercial development located in Fort Saskachewan. OML also completed sitework for this development prior to construction under a seperate contract.

Windermere Medical

Construction of a 3 storey above ground and single level parkade medical building in the Windermere Gates shopping center. This project totalled 16,300 square feet and included adjacent sitework. OML also completed various tenant improvements after construction of the base building.

Vercon Office Building

The Vercon office building is a three storey, single level parkade office development. OML completed the 36,000 square foot space including sitework.

Nissan South Edmonton Reimage

OML updated the image program of the Nissan South Edmonton dealership both on the interior and exterior.

Nissan North Edmonton Reimage

OML completed the brand reimage for the Nissan North dealership in Edmonton. The scope included a full exterior and interior showroom reimage along with a new rebranded Infinit service drive thru to facilitate the multi-brand service that the dealership can offer.

Spruce Grove Nissan

OML completed the 26,128 Square foot Spruce Grovenor Nissan facility which includes a full service shop and showroom, built as one of the first dealerships to adopt Nissan's newest image program.

Go RV Yellowhead

OML completed a renovation of the existing Go RV dealership along with constructing a 28,000 square foot addition. Drive down the Yellowhead trail just west of 142nd street at night and the radiating lights of Go RV are hard to miss!

Northstar Hyundai Reimage

OML completed a interior and exterior reimage of the 46,300 Square foot Northsta Hyundai facility to bring it up to Hyundai image standard. This reimage included significant structural rework in the showroom along with exterior improvements such as structural stoops and aprons to improve the exterior dealership functionality.
