18,000 Sqft emergency communications center and ambulance bay in Slave Lake Alberta. Scope included 2 storey construction, parking lot and site development, locker rooms, and ambulance bay areas.

St. Jerome’s School

Renovated K-12 School located in Vermillion, AB. The building is 53,050 Square feet and included a complete renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. This was a site occupied construction project that was successfully carried out in five phases. The project also includes all associated site work - which includes parking areas for staff and students, bus drop-off lane, sidewalks, and landscaping.

E.H Walter School

Construction of a new, 33,600 Square foot K-12 school in Paradise Valley Alberta. The project consisted of a full gymnasium, multiple atrium areas, and included a new staff parking lot and additional sitework.

Bashaw School

Construction of a 29,848 Square foot new school in Bashaw Alberta. The project consisted of ground up new construction of the school, 4 modular classrooms, various exterior improvements, along with the demolition of the existing school.

Keekenow Seniors Facility Wabasca

This 2 storey, 67,000 square foot seniors facility includes long term care amenities including a full dementia ward. The project includes dining areas, administrative office areas, common areas, and living arrangements to serve the Wabasca-Desmarais community and surrounding area.

Prairie Rose Place Seniors Housing

16 unit self contained senior's housing project located in Sedgewick Alberta. Project included site development in the form of a parking lot, pergola, and landscaping. Along with the construction of the single storey wood framed building.

Northridge Place Addition

Construction of a 42 unit addition to the existing Northridge Place building in St. Albert. This four-storey wood framed building also included construction of a new parkade, sitework tie ins, and varying amounts of both accessible and standard units.
